Hi! I am Yamini Ranjan, the host & creator of this podcast. I started this podcast from my basement studio, which was also my laundry room! I decided to create this podcast because I was inspired by my next-door women, who were professionals, mums, activists, volunteers, do-it-all hustlers in the true sense. I felt a there was a massive acknowledgement gap. There were stories that you would miss if you blinked too fast, but if you give them just a moment, it could leave you inspired.

I totally love to be on the other side of the mic. The process of producing a podcast, especially the process of sound mixing and editing, gets my creative side going. I am an engineer by training and know my business (read: MBA!). Listening to and learning from the women I talk to is such a humbling and enriching experience. I am forever thankful to be the medium bringing you these stories and to be a podcaster.
